What’s for dinner? How about our #DashiAtHome fried smelt recipe!

  1. Clean one pound of smelt – source from Locals Seafood

  2. Mix 1/2 cup fish sauce, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp soy sauce & 4 tbsp sugar

  3. Marinate fish in mixture for 30 minutes

  4. Dredge fish in rice flour & fry in pan over medium heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown

  5. Serve garnished with cilantro & lime wedges
